Bioneer USA AccuPrep™ SERIES

In the AccuPrep™ Series kit, a spin-column type tube and chaotropic salts are used to bind nucleic acids to a glass filter. Contaminants are removed during subsequent washing steps and high-purity nucleic acid is eluted with a low-salt buffer.

Rapid extraction of viral RNA from cell-free samples such as serum, plasma, CSF, urine, and from a variety of of RNA virus, such as HIV, HAV, HCV, enteroviruses. The extracted RNA can be directly used as a template for RT or RT-PCR. Viral RNA obtained has an average A260/A280 ratio greater than 1.7.
